Production Experiences of Catch of High Weft Density Fabric

采用片梭织机织制高纬密钩入边织物时,易产生边部疵点,分析了钩入边产生疵点的原因,通过调整钩入边组织结构与密度、调节布边开口时间及开口高度、合理配置筘幅与边撑位置,协调边纱钳与钩边针动作,有效地消除了钩入边边部疵点。

Weaving high weft density catch in projectile loom, side defects were easy generated. The generating reasons of catch defects were analyzed. Through adjusting stitch structure and density of catch, selvage opening time and opening height, arranging reed width and temple position, cooperating side end nip and catch needle, catch defects is eliminated.
