CDC25B在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of CDC25B in human pancreatic cancer

目的探讨CDC25B在胰腺癌中的表达与胰腺癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用卵白素-生物素-辣根过氧化酶复合物(ABC)法检测88例胰腺癌组织,15例胰腺良性病变组织中CDC25B的表达情况,并分析CDC25B的表达与胰腺癌临床病理参数之间的关系。结果CDC25B在胰腺癌组织和胰腺良性病变组织中的阳性表达率分别为56.9%(50/88)和13.3%(2/15),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CDC25B的阳性表达与肿块的大小、远处转移及临床分期显著相关(P<0.05或<0.01),与患者性别、年龄、淋巴结转移及癌细胞分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论胰腺癌组织中CDC25B存在异常高表达,CDC25B的高表达可能与胰腺癌的发生、发展及转移有关。

Objective To investigate the relationship between CDC25B expression and the development of human pancreatic cancer. Methods Using ABC immunohistochemistry methods, the expression of CDC25B in 88 cases of pancreatic cancer and 15 cases of benign pancreatic disease was detected. The relationship between the expression of CDC25B and the clinicopathological features of pancreatic cancer was analyzed by the statistical method. Results The positive rates of CDC25B in pancreatic cancer and in benign pancreatic diseases were 56.9% （50/88） and 13.3% （2/15） respectively （P〈 0.01）. There was a significant correlation between high expression of CDC25B and tumor size （P 〈0.05）, distant metastasis （P 〈 0.05）, and clinicopathological stage （P 〈 0.05 ）, buth there was no correlation between high expression of CDC25B and age, gender, lymph node metastasis, and differentiation. Conclusion The CDC25B was overexpressed in tumor tissues relative to normal tissues, and its abnormal expression may be involved in the oncogenesis, development and metastasis of pancreatic cancer.
