摘要
“立法人性化”逐渐成为一个时髦的话题,屡见于各种媒体的报道。文章对当前立法人性化的现象进行了梳理和探究,试图初步界定立法人性化的概念,并以此为切入点展开讨论,力求准确把握立法人性化的内涵,从而深刻认识立法人性化在我国法治建设进程中的重要意义。
The humanity in legislation has become a popular topic. The thesis tries to define its concept and thus discusses its meaningfulness in the procedure of ruling with law in China.
