本文提出一种新的基于图像内容的过滤网关技术,采用了结构化的识别框架,既考虑了图像的整体特征,也考虑了图像的局部特征,并在此分析的基础上,综合判断一幅图像是否是色情图像,从而实现了对网络中色情图像的过滤。

This paper introduces a new gate way based on image content filtering, lt＇s framework of retrieval is structurized. This method takes both the global features （color distribution） and the local features （skin region） into account.
