摘要 对广东电网时间同步网及频率同步网的优化与应用进行了分析探讨,在分析两网存在的问题与缺陷的基础上,首先提出了一种基于网络时间协议(NTP)的时间同步网络方案与同步资源优化配置方案,该方案提高了频率同步网的定时精度,避免了目前时间同步网因全球定位系统(GPS)故障而导致全网崩溃的局面。该方案的实施将有利于优化广东电网同步资源配置,减少投资,提高同步网络的利用率,为广东电网的安全生产提供有力的支撑作用。最后针对改造后的同步网络及各应用系统对同步的需求,给出了两同步网络的具体应用方案。 The optimization and application of time synchronization network and frequency synchronization network in Guangdong Power are discussed in this paper. According to the analyzing on the two-synchronization network, firstly a scheme for optimizing synchronization resources and constructing a time synchronization network is proposed, which will improve the timing accuracy, decrease the investment, and avoid the collapse in whole network. The implementation of this scheme will play a supporting role in the safety production of Guangdong Power. At last, aim at all kinds of requests on synchronization application system, a synchronization network scheme is proposed in detail.
