厦门电力通信监控系统实用化探讨

Discussing the practicability about communication monitoring system

为充分发挥通信监控系统的作用,使其进一步提高发现故障、定位故障和协助处理故障的能力,推进通信监控系统的实用化建设显得十分重要。文章简要说明了厦门电力通信监控系统及其功能,提出实用化详细要求和实用化验收测试的内容与标准,并介绍了该方面比较成功的几点经验。实践证明,通信监控系统实用化工作是提高通信设备运行率,实现通信网集中维护及通信站无人值守、提高网络自动化管理水平的有效方法。

For the sake of developing the function of communication monitoring system, making its ability enhanced, such as detecting the fault, fixing the fault, and assisting to deal with the fault, it is quite important to boost the practicability work about communication monitoring system. The paper introduces briefly the communication monitoring system in Xiamen electric power bureau and its function, brings forward the requirements on practicability as well as the testing contents and standards, and also introduces some successful experiences on monitoring system application. Practice proved that it is an efficient method to enhance the rate of communication equipments running, to achieve the concentrated maintenance of communication net and keeping unmanned watch in communication stations and to promote the level of automatic management in communication net.
