球磨机静压轴承系统的有限元数值模拟

摘要 采用有限元法,借助ANSYS软件和自己编制的子程序,通过数值计算详细分析了球磨机静压轴承系统轴瓦回油槽、油腔位置等对承载能力的影响,并对流场进行了数值模拟。根据计算结果已成功完成静压轴承系统设计和浇油润滑的滑动轴承到静压轴承改造。所得结论为设计优良、可靠的轴瓦结构提供了前提,并为进一步优化设计提供了定量依据。 By the aid of ANSYS software and self-made subprogram, the paper analyses the effect of the oil slot of bush and position of oil cavity to carrying capacity of the hydrostatic bearing system of ball mill by numerical simulation with the finite element method, and numerically simulates the flow field. According to calculation result, the design for the hydrostatic bearing system and the replacement of oil-infused sliding bearing with hydrostatic bearing is achieved. The conclusion offers the foundation for designing excellent and reliable bush, and provides the quantitative reference for further optimization design.
