Study to the Fuzzy Control System for the Load of Mill Based on OLAP Technique

根据磨机负荷的控制特点,分析了磨机负荷的模糊控制方法,探讨了直接从生产数据中利用联机分析(OLAP)技术建立模糊控制规则库方法,使系统克服依赖人工经验确定控制规则的局限性,并进一步提出了基于OLAP技术的磨机负荷模糊控制系统的框架结构,以及OLAP的实现技术。

According to the control characteristic of mill load, the paper analyses fuzzy control method for load of mill, discusses a way to directly set up the fuzzy control rule database by OLAP technique with process data, which makes system overcome the limitation that occurs from determining fuzzy control rule depending on man?s experiences and further offers the frame structure of fuzzy control system for load of mill and realization technique for OLAP based on OLAP technique, it also offer new thinking and means for fuzzy control of mill load by OLAP technique.
