摘要 南钢采用100t电弧炉-钢包炉-连铸-轧制工艺路线试制了成分(%)为:C≤0.12,Mn0.20~0.50。Si0.25~0.75,P0.07~0.15,s≤0.04,Cu0.25~0.60,Cr0.30~1.25,Ni≤0.65低合金高强度耐候钢SPA-H钢带。检验和使用结果表明,该钢组织为铁素体+珠光体,有较高洁净度,钢的屈服强度345~435MPa,抗拉强度480~570MPa,延伸率23%~43%,并具有良好的焊接性能。 The low alloying high strength weather-resisting steel SPA-H strip - C≤0.12, Mn 0.20 - 0.50, Si 0.25 - 0.75, P 0.07 - 0.15, S≤0.04, Cu 0.25 - 0.60, Cr 0.30- 1.25, Ni≤0.65 has been trial-produced by flow sheet of an 100 t electric arc furnace - ladle furnace - concaster - rolling mill at Nanjing Steel. The results of examination and service showed that the steel structure was ferrite + pearlite and has higher cleanliness, the yield strength of steel was 345 - 435 MPa, tensile strength 480- 570 MPa, elongation 23% -43%, and the steel has excellent weld ability.
