摘要
根据800炉(300 t钢包)样本的多元回归分析,建立了60 t中间包内钢水温度-T中间包/℃的预测模型:T中间包=-66.749 9+1.031 96T-0.768 24x1-0.007 50x2+0.232 53t-0.606 24t2-9.391 24×10-6t3。式中:T-钢包到达回转台时钢水温度/℃;x1-钢包浇铸前搁置时间/min;x2-中间包烘烤时间/min;t-钢包钢水浇铸时间/min。对中间包内预测温度统计分析结果表明,中间包钢水预测温度与实测温度之间的误差小于±5℃。
Based on multi-component regression analysis on samples of 800 heats (300t ladle), the model of predication for temperature of 60 t molten steel in tundish - Thmd has been established: Thmd = -66.7499 + 1.031 96 T- 0. 768 24 x1- 0.007 50x2 + 0.232 53 t - 0.606 24 t^2 - 9. 391 24 × 10^-6t^3, where T- temperature of molten steel in la- dle arriving at turntable/℃; x1- laying aside time of lade before casting/win; x2- baking time of tundish/min; t- cast/ng time of molten steel in lade/min. Tne results of statistic analysis on prediction temperature of molten steel in tundish showed that the error temperature of molten steel in tundish between predicted value and measured value was less than + 5℃.
