摘要 通过优化中间包参数,采用带顶缘的冲击碗与单坝组合的控流装置;全板簧谐振式结晶器振动机构;增加一套外置式结晶器电磁搅拌装置,改善二冷工艺等措施,提高了钢水的洁净度、圆铸坯表面质量和铸坯中等轴晶比例,改善了铸坯组织。技术改造后,天津钢管公司连铸Φ210-310mm圆坯的年产量由60万t提高到90万t,铸坯的综合合格率为99.66%。 The technology measures such as optimizing parameters of tundish, adopting control flow device combined shock bowl possessed of roof flange with single dam, using a new typical oscillator with full plate spring resonance model, added a set of external electromagnetic stirrer are implemented to increase the cleanliness of liquid steel, improve the surface quality of round cast billet, the equiaxial crystal ratio and the structure of billet. After technology revamping, the annual output of Φ210~ 310mm round biUet at Tianjing Pipe increased up to 900 000 t from 600000 t and the comprehensive qualified rate of casting billet increased up to 99.66%.
