摘要
某博物馆液压电梯轿厢架具有多重框架的结构特点和变工况的载荷特征,传统公式计算法难于进行应力和变形分析。现应用ANSYS软件的三维梁单元建立轿厢架有限元模型,并针对电梯3种工况分别计算主要构件的最大正应力和最大铅垂位移。通过对危险构件的强度和刚度校核,对原设计方案提出了改进建议。
It analyzes a hydraulic elevator car frame used in the museum, sets up its multi- loops structure and variable working conditions load. Using the 3D beam element of ANSYS software, it builds the corresponding finite element model and shows the maximal normal stresses and vertical displacements of main members in three working conditions of the elevator. Through the strength and rigidity inspections, it gives some suggestions for redesign.
