摘要
应用ST-Developer软件包和VisualC++开发环境以及SQLServer数据库管理系统开发了软件模块。根据STEP-NC的参考模型提取出特征、加工、工艺等信息,并存储为树形结构,清楚地展示了STEP-NC数控程序的结构层次。提出了基于STEP-NC数控加工数据库的概念,并对其进行了规划。
It develops the system model based on ST- Developer withVisual C ＋ ＋ and SQL Server database management system. This system can extract and reorganize the STEP - NC information such as feature, ma- chining process, save these data as a tree view with STEP - NC reference model. Compared with the require- ment of the knowledge - based NC machining database and the characters of STEP - NC program, it brings up the concept of STEP - NC - based NC machining database, layouts the whole database. The information extraction and NC machining database sets lap the base for the application of STEP- NC in machining.
