关于高校建立教育质量保证体系的思考

本文阐述了高等教育提高教育质量的迫切性,提出了通过开展教育质量ISO认证,有利于学校和教育工作者树立质量意识、责任意识和竞争意识,有利于推动高等教育质量管理与国际接轨,对加入WTO以后引用国际上先进的管理标准提高教育服务质量进行了有益的研究和探讨。

The quality of high education must be controlled well by passing though ISO9000 standards. The quality management can improve the competition ability of universities and improve the efficiency of all employees in the universities and can trained students more smoothly. Passing though ISO9000 standards link the domestic universities more tightly with international markets.
