铅中毒与急性腹痛

Lead poisoning and acute abdominal pain

铅中毒除可导致神经系统造血系统及泌尿系统损害外，尚可引起消化系统病变，其中急性腹痛与外科关系密切，如不提高警惕则可引起误诊，误治。作者报道了３例临床以腹痛为主要症状的铅中毒病例，并结合文献复习浅谈对该病的诊断与鉴别诊断。

Abstract Lead poisoning (LP) sometimes causes acute abdominal pain leading to misdiagnosis and exploration.This report presents the author's three cases of addominal colic caused by LP. One case was misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis and had appendectomy, the second was misdiagnosed as intestinal obstruction. On reviewing the literature, the writer analyses the misdiagnoses and the lessons leaxn from the mistreatment of the two cases,and puts forward the differential diagnoses in order to remind the surgeon to avoid further mistake in clinical work.
