Failure Analysis and Prevention in Civil Aviation Sector of China

本文简要介绍我国民航业中失效分析的组织机构及其从事失效分析的主要领域。民航业失效分析主要从事事故及其事故征候的调查与分析、检测与发现、制造与修理、排除安全隐患、失效模式确认、失效原因分析以及飞行安全评估等研究工作。本文还讨论了失效分析与预防在航空维修和保障航空飞行安全方面的重要作用。

In this paper, organizations engaging in failure analysis and their major fields correlated with failure analysis in the civil aviation industry of china are presented. Scientific pursuits of the failure analysis organization in the civil aviation industry include investigation on the accidents and signs of accident, detection of manufacture ＆ repair defects to eliminate the hidden troubles in safety, determination of failure modes, analysis of failure causes, and assessment on aviation safety and so on. Moreover, this paper discusses the important roles of failure analysis and prevention in the fields of aviation maintenance and aviation safety.
