摘要 阐述了失效分析与表面工程和再制造工程的关系,指出失效分析是表面工程和再制造工程技术优化和工程实施的重要前提和基础;表面工程和再制造工程是实现失效预防的重要措施,是使表面分析技术实现生产力转化的重要途径。结合工程实例说明了失效分析在表面工程和再制造工程中的应用。同时指出,失效分析与表面工程和再制造工程相互促进,共同发展。 It stated correlation between failure analysis and surface engineering or remanufacturing, addressed functions and applications of failure analysis in surface engineering and remanufacturing. It pointed out that failure analysis provides vital premises and foundation for processing optimizing and project promising of surface engineering and remanufacturing. And also, surface engineering and remanufacturing are important treats to cure and prevent failure of components, which promote failure analysis achievements to transform into production forces. With project samples, it stated applications of failure analysis in surface engineering and remanufacturing. At the same time, failure analysis and surface engineering and remanufacturing can co-evelop and inter-promote.
