对校园文化建设的思考

Reflections on the construction of campus culture

在很多人不知道校园文化到底为何物的情况下,笼统而大张旗鼓地进行校园文化建设其效果是显而易见的,至少很难形成一种合力,而且很难产生持久的效应。这是很多高校校园文化建设的一个通病。文章以东华理工学院为对象,从物质文化、精神文化、行为文化三个方面对该校的校园文化进行了分析,并提出了树立校园文化全员共建意识、在校园文化建设中着力体现现代意识、加强校园文化建设的开放性、加大校区校园文化建设整合力度等建议。

Nowadays many people have no idea of campus culture, but blindly advocates it. It is obvious that this kind of culture can hardly form a cohesive force and produce a permanent effect. This phenomenon is very common in the comtruction of campus culture in many tmiversities.The paper,taking the East China Institution of Techology as the target,makes a detailed analysis on campus culture from the following three aspects：the substance culture, essence culture, and behavior culture. Moreover, the authors make some good suggestions that all teaching staff should participate in the construction of campus culture. Modem ideology should be embodied in the construction of campus culture. The university should strengthen the conformity dynamics of the construction of campus culture in three college districts of two different areas.
