摘要 目的了解口腔内科治疗区微生物的主要分布及菌种构成情况。方法牙椅后、治疗台、距治疗台2 m处及近墙壁处分别放置普通琼脂平板及牛心脑浸出液培养基(BHI)平板,用自然沉降法收集5 min,进行需氧与兼性厌氧菌培养,分离鉴定。结果治疗台与距治疗台2 m处菌株数差异有显著性(P<0.01),牙椅后与治疗台、距治疗台2 m处与近墙处菌株数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。诊室内菌种构成主要为:链球菌60.79%,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌14.2%,肠球菌7.95%。结论操作者前后区域微生物分布浓度高于远离操作区域,须加强职业防护。 Objective To investigate the main distribution and composition of microorganisms in the therapy area at the department of oral medicine. Methods We put BHI plate and agar plate separately behind the treatment chair, at the treatment table, 2 m away from treatment table and close to the wall. Microorganisms were collected for 5 rain by natural sedimentation, and then they were separated and evaluated after aerobic cultivation and facultative anaerobic cldtivation. Results There was significant statistic difference between the amounts of strain at the treatment chair and 2 m away from the treatment table ( P 〈 0.01 ). However, there was no significant statistic difference between the amounts of strain behind the treatment chair, at the treatment chair, 2 m away from the treatment table, and close to the wall (P 〉 0.05). 60.79% of microorganisms in the room was streptococcus, 14.2% was coagulase-negative staphylococci and 7.95% was entemcoccus. Conclusion Most microorganisms were found around the operator, so professional defense must be intensified.
