摘要
细胞内信号转导途径控制着细胞的生长、发育、代谢、转化和凋亡等许多生理过程,而控制这些途径的重要机制是由蛋白激酶和磷酸酶共同调节的蛋白可逆性磷酸化.相对于蛋白激酶,目前蛋白磷酸酶作用通路研究并不是很清楚.
