摘要 目的建立与筛选小鼠慢性免疫性肝损伤模型。方法选用 BALB/c 小鼠、C_(57)黑小鼠,使用半乳糖胺联用福氏全佐剂、福氏不全佐剂、卡介苗等,进行模型建立与结果观察。结果用 C_(57)小鼠以半乳糖胺联用福氏全剂组肝损伤模型成型率最佳。结论以 C_(57)黑小鼠使用半乳糖胺辅以福氏全剂可以形成小鼠慢性免疫性肝损伤模型。 Objective To establish and screen chronic and immunologic liver injury models for mice. Methods BALB/C mice and C57 black mice were tested, D-galactosamine (GAIN) combined with Freunds' complete adjuvant (FCA), Freunds' uncomplete adjuvant and BCG vaccine were used to establish the models, and results of the experiment were investigated. Results The results showed that the liver injury models were best Established using C57 black mice with GalN Combined with FCA. Conclusion liver injury models for mice can be established using C57 mice with GaIN Combined with FCA.
