摘要
将最小平方中位数参数估计方法结合多元线性直接校正技术用于复方苯海拉明滴鼻液紫外光度法多组分同时测定,获得明显优于以最小二乘原理为基础的校正技术的浓度估计,表明该方法有良好的应用价值.
Least median of squares combined with spectrophotometric direction calibration technique was established and used for simultaneous determination of a multicomponent pharmaceutical system with two analytes(diphehydramine and ephedrine).Because the noise distribution was not normal for the experimental system, a concentration estimation obviously better than that achieved with calibration techniques based on the principle of least squares was obtained by the technique. Then it was applied to select neasurement wavelength for multicomponent spectrophotometry and determine outliers in the response data.
