摘要 提出一种切割幅面达到其直径2/3的新型组合式金刚石圆锯片基体。应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,针对直径Ф1800mm的新型组合式金刚石圆锯片,分析、计算其固有频率、变形和应力分布情况对工作性能的影响,并与普遍应用的金刚石圆锯片固有频率、振型、应力分布等进行比对分析。结果表明:组合式金刚石圆锯片最大变形0.2mm,表现在切向;最大第一主应力0.13920E+08Pa,表现在辅助轮与切割外环接触部分及水槽处;固有频率及振型与普通金刚石圆锯片相近,能够满足加工质量要求。 A new combined diamond saw blade was brought forward. The cutting breadth of the combined saw can reach two thirds of its diameter. A Ф1800mm combined saw was taken as example. By using ANSYS, the influence of its inherent frequency, deformation and stress distribution of new combined diamond saw blade on its working function was analyzed and computed. Through comparison and contrast of the inherent frequency, vibration and stress distribution of the new combined saw with those of the widely used common diamond saw blade, the following conclusions were reached. The deformation value of the combined diamond saw is 0.2mm, which locates in the cutting direction. Its maximum first main stress value is 0.13920E+08Pa, which locates in the gullet and the tangent part of assistant wheels of cutting annulus. Its inherent frequency and vibration type are similar to those of the common diamond saw blade and it can satisfy the machining quality request.
