环形电镀金刚石线锯锯切工艺参数的优化 被引量:7

摘要 电镀金刚石线锯为环形,无惯性力,适于高速切削.本文对环形电镀金刚石线锯锯切花岗岩时的工艺参数进行了正交试验研究.分别分析了金刚石粒度、进给压力和锯丝速度对锯切效率、锯切力和锯切比的影响,分析结果表明:采用较大的金刚石粒度不会大幅度提高锯切效率,金刚石的粒度对切向锯切力的影响不大.锯切花岗岩时,要保证较高的锯切效率和锯切比,在本试验范围内,最佳工艺参数为:采用金刚石粒度为200~230#的锯丝,进给压力为9N,锯丝速度为20m/s. Electroplated diamond endless (ring shaped) wire saw is suitable for high speed cutting, for it has no inertial resistance. In this paper, orthogonal experimental researches on cutting parameters of diamond wire saw when cutting granite were reported. The effects of diamond grain size, feed load and sawing speed on cutting efficiency, cutting force and cutting ratio were analyzed. The results indicated that the cutting efficiency could not be improved largely by adopting coarse grain size, and the effect of diamond grain size on tangential cutting force was little. In order to get higher sawing efficiency and sawing ratio when cutting granite, the optimized parameters based on the experiment were 200~230^# for diamond grain size, 9N for feed load and 20m/s for cutting speed.
