摘要
应用AES和XPS等测试手段,系统研究了20CrNi2MoA渗碳钢铁路轴承磨削时,由于砂轮、工件与冷却液之间的热-化学作用,在滚道面上产生的成分变化.结果表明,磨削后的滚道表面形成了吸附层、氧化层以及碳原子的深层扩散.
Variations in composition of rolling surface of carburizing 20CrNi2MoA steel railway bearings were systematically investigated by AES,XPS. Those variations are due to the thermochemical reactions between grinding wheel, workpiece and cooling medium during grinding. The experimental results showed that a absorption layer, oxide layer and deep-diffusion layer of C atom are formed on the rolling surface after grinding.
