摘要
水杨酸在固体酸的催化下,被硝酸选择性硝化,合成5-硝基水杨酸,再经催化加氢合成马沙拉嗪,总产率接近80%,纯度达到99.0%以上。并且工艺条件易于控制,污染少,具有良好的工业应用前景。
5-nitro-salicylic-acid was synthesied by the alternative nitration of nitric acid. Mesalazine was formed by catalysis hydrogenation. The gross output rate was close to 80% and the purity of product was over 99.0%. The process condition was easy to control, but there was little pollution. That had a good prospect of industrical application.
