摘要
Sm(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)z磁体中的畴壁钉扎研究一直是磁学领域中的关注点。本文首先建立了Sm(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)z磁体畴壁钉扎的二维微磁学模型,然后利用微磁学计算了胞壁相的物理参数对畴壁钉扎的影响。计算结果表明,只有合适的胞壁相厚度和磁晶各向异性常数才能获得高的钉扎场。
The phenomena of domain wall pinning in Sm(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)2 magnet has brought extensively studies in magnetism. Based on the two dimension model of Sm(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)2 magnets presented in this paper, the pining field has been computed with different physical parameters of cell boundary phase. The results show that high pinning field could be obtained with appropriate thickness and magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant of cell boundary phase.
