摘要
预应力混凝土闸墩可以简化建筑物结构、节省大量钢筋和方便施工,因此被越来越多地采用。锚束张拉中锁定损失控制是张拉过程中较为棘手的问题,锚束愈短愈难达到设计要求。次锚束较短,实测伸长值超过了设计要求的6%,其原因是忽略锚固端的内缩量;绝对锁定损失过大,通过调整锚具,有效地解决了该问题。为同类工程施工提供了可借鉴的经验。

The control of locking damage is a little troublesome questiom during the process of straining and pulling of anchor-ties, Shorter the anchor ties is,more difficultly to accord with the design's request. The inferior anchor-ties is short, compared to the design request,the actual elongation value has increased 6%, its reason is that the anchor end in to shrink the quantity had neglected Locks the loss absolutely oversized, through adjusted the anchorage, this problem has solved effectively. This article provides referenced experience on the theoretical analysis as well as the actual operation control.
