两种SOI-MMI型1.3/1.55μm波分解复用器的优化设计与比较

摘要 基于SOI材料,设计了配对型和斜边型两种多模干涉型1.3μm/1.55μm波分解复用器(DMUX),采用FD-BPM方法分别对两种结构的器件进行了模拟和分析,并对两种器件的结构参数进行了优化,最后对两种器件的容差性和优、缺点进行了分析和比较。 Two kinds of demultiplexers with paired and tilted structures that work at 1.3um/1. 55um were presented. By using the finite difference beam propagation method(FD-BPM), the various states of the demultiplexers were simulated and analyzed, respectively. The structure parameters of the demultiplexers were also designed and optimized. At last, the tolerance, advantage and disadvantage of the demultiplexers were analyzed and compared.
