摘要
为增加染料对植物染色的渗透和上染,合成了氮酮(Azone),以氮酮为主要成份,复配几种渗透剂及乳化剂制成新型的渗透助染剂ZF-W,应用于植物染色。实验结果表明:ZF-W用量为0.3%~2%时对植物染色具有最佳渗透和促染效果,说明其有明显的渗透助染效果。
Azone is synthesized in order to improve the penetration and dyeing of botanic dyeing. With azone as the main component, a new penetrant dyeing assistant ZF-W is developed by making up several penetrant agents and emulsfiers and used in botanic dyeing. The experiment shows that the optimum penetration and dyeing acceleration will be obtained when the dosage of ZF-W is 0.3%-0.2%, which confirms the obvious penetrant and dyeing assisting effect.
