摘要
本文从高职毕业生就业压力的外在显性因素分析入手,深入政治、系统论、竞争力三个层面论述就业导向的重要意义,并最终从就业导向对人才培养各个主要环节的作用,探索拉动机制建立的可行性和必要性。
From the analysis of the exterior factors of graduates' employment pressure in vocational colleges, the paper expatiates the great significance of employment orientation in politics, system methods and competition, and explores the feasibility and necessity of setting up the system from the effect of employment orientation in all main aspects of talents cultivation.
