耻骨下支性别差异与训练伤的关系

Sexual differences of inferior ramus of pubis and its relation with training injury

对１８３名新战士的耻骨下支进行了Ｘ线摄像观测，研究其性别解剖学差异（男１００，女８３）与正步训练伤的关系．本组观察结果：女性坐耻弓较男性性长２３±０．６ｍｍ；女性坐耻弓中点较男性细６．６±０．３ ｍｍ；女性坐耻弓内１／３外显著狭小．上述耻骨下支的解剖学性别差异，是新兵正步训练伤中，耻骨下支应力性骨折仅发生于女性的形态学基础．

Training injury of stress fracture in the inferior ramus of pubis was reported only in female soldiers. An an tomical study was carried out to measure the sexual differences of the inferior ramus of pubis between 100 male and 83 female newly-enrolled soldiers by x-ray radiography. The results showed that the ischiopubic arch in female is 23±0. 6 mm thinner in the middle point of the arch than that in male. A stenosis is observed at the mediall one-third junction of the sichiopubic arch in female,where force concentration may lead to stress fracture of the inferior ramus of pubis.
