摘要
本文探索了两性霉素B的纯化工艺,采用大孔树脂静态吸附,配合后续结晶工艺,有效地提高了产品收率,降低了有关物质的含量。结果表明:大孔吸附树脂对两性霉素B有显著的纯化作用。此结论对其他抗生素类产品的纯化制备也有一定参考价值。
This paper focuses on the purification technology of Amphotericin B. The Amphotericin B was purified by static method using macroporous adsorption resins and then crystallized. The macroporous adsorption resin can improve product yield and reduce related substances. The macroporous adsorption resin has obvious function for purification of Amphotericin B and can be used for some other antibiotics.
