纳米α-Al_2O_3的制备及其对HMX热感度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用模板介入法制备了纳米级-αA l2O3,对制得的样品的尺寸、形貌和晶型等使用纳米粒度仪、透射电镜(TEM)以及X射线衍射仪(XRD)进行分析测试,将纳米-αA l2O3按2.0wt%加入奥克托今(HMX)中,对混合物进行慢烤实验.结果表明样品为粒度分布均匀、分散性很好的-αA l2O3,在密度为1.62g/cm3,升温速率为3℃/m in条件下,添加纳米-αA l2O3的HMX的自加速拐点温度提前10℃,混合炸药的热感度提高,纳米α-A l2O3对HMX具有催化作用. Nano-sizedα-Al2O3 was prepared successfully via template intervening process. Respectively, Laser Granularity Instrument, X - ray diffractometer (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to analyze the properties of the sample. , low cook-off experiment was carried through mixing 2.0wt%α-Al2O3 and the explosive Octogen (HMX). The results show that the sample has even size and excellent dispersion property, the addiction of nano-size α-Al2O3 makes the self-accelerating inflexion temperature advance 10℃ under the density of 1.62g/cm^3 and increasing temperature ration of 3℃ per minute and the heat sensation improves obviously, which shows the catalw of α-Al2O3 on HMX.
