肝脏粘膜相关淋巴瘤──附3例报道及文献复习

Malignant lymphoma of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue in the liver: A report of three cases and review of literature

报道３例肝脏粘膜相关淋巴瘤，起源于汇管区淋巴细胞。具有诊断性淋巴上皮病变，分别为中心细胞样细胞型（２例）及淋巴浆细胞型（１例），经免疫组化证实为单克隆Ｂ细胞性。其临床特点为：生长缓慢，局部受累，很少转移，低度恶性。以手术切除为主，预后较好。本文对其发病机理进行了探讨。

Three cases of malignant lymplioma of mucosa associated lymphoid tissue in the liver were reported. The lymphoma was derived from the cholangiole mucosa lymphoid cells and had diagnostic lymphoepithelial lesion.They were centrocyte-like cell(CCL)(2 cases)and lymphoplasmacyte(1 case). Immunohistochemical studies showed they were monoclonal B cell and clinically they were characterized by MALT lymphoma, regional infiltration, slow growth, low malignancy and seldom metastasis. Excision was the main treatment which would have good result. Its pathogenetic mechanism was discussed.
