摘要
Fas/Apo-1(CD95)系统是细胞凋亡研究的热点。近年来,Fas系统在非凋亡信号方面的研究日益受到关注,有报道证明Fas系统与细胞增殖以及细胞分化具有密切的联系。现就Fas系统在细胞增殖方面的研究进展作一综述。
Fas/FasL system is mainly appreciated with respect to its death- inducing capabilities. However, there is increasing evidence that activation of Fas can also result in non - apoptotic responses like cell proliferation or NF - kB activation on the proliferation functions of the FasL/Fas system is focused.
