摘要
胜利油田重点探井王古1井,在钻遇低压地层时发生严重井漏,继而发生井喷。使用的常规钻井液,不利于保护和发现深部可能的油层。针对此情况,采用无固相盐水充(氮)气钻井液新技术,较好地解决了该井在钻井过程中,既溢又漏的复杂问题。为解决低压钻井井漏及油层保护问题提供了经验与方法。
Wanggu well 1,the main exploration well in Shengli Oilfield,generated a severe loss circulation during drilling weak zone,and then brought into a blowout.As a result,the conventional drilling fluid was not useful to protect and discover potential and deep reservoirs.A novel technology,non-solid brine aerated(Nitrogen) drilling fluid,has been developed in order to solve some complicated problems,such as leak-off and spill-out in drilling operation.The drilling fluid may avoid the lost circulation in low pressure drilling and protect the reservoirs.
