增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）与白血病和MDS相关性的研究

THE RELATION OF PCNA TO LEUKEMIA AND MDS

我们采用ＰＣＮＡ基因探针对人白血病细胞株ＨＬ－６０和Ｕ９３７、急性白血病、骨髓增生异常综合征和贫血患者骨髓细胞中ＰＣＮＡＲＮＡ的含量进行了研究。实验结果表明，ＰＣＮＡ基因的表达水平在急性白血病最高，ＭＤＳ－ＲＡ介于白血病和贫血之间。提示ＰＣＮＡ基因的表达水平与细胞的增殖状态及潜在恶性变程度有关。此外，我们还注意到，ＰＣＮＡ的表达水平与急性白血病患者的性别、年龄、达到完全缓解所需的时间及复发等因素无明显相关性。

The PCNA RNA levels were measured in bone marrow cells obtained from patients with ac-tute leukemia. MDS-anemia and the cell lines(HL-60,U937)by PCNA gene probe. The highest levelshave been detected inacute leukemia and the lowest in anemia,It is suggested that the PCNA RNA levelswas related to cell proliferation and neoplastic transformation.We also found that PCNA gene expression inleukemia was not correlated singificantly with sex,age and the mean time from treatment initiation to com-plete remission.
