食管癌术前CT检查对判断肿瘤外侵程度的作用

ACTIONS OF PREOPERATIVE CT EXAMINATION OF ESOPHAGEAL CARCINOMA TO JUDGE EXTERNAL INVASION DEGREE OF TUMOR

作者对５８例食管癌病人术前ＣＴ所见及手术和术后病理组织学进行对照研究。结果表明：ＣＴ扫描估价食管癌外侵程度的准确率达８６．２％～９８．３％，提示ＣＴ检查在术前判断食管癌外侵程度方面具有一定的参考价值。

A study was performed to compare the appearances of the preoperative CT,the operation and the postoperative histopathology in 58 cases of esophageal careinoma.The results demonstrated the accu-rate rate of evaluating the external invasion degree of the esphageal careinoma by the CT scanning wasfrom 86.2% to 98.3%,It suggested that there was definite value to judge the external invasion degree of the esophageal carcinoma by the preoperative CT examination. Some problems of judge the external inva-sion degree of the esophageal carcinoma by the CT examination were discussed.
