A Collection of Classical andModern Japanese Poetry is unique to its structure and writing style, it shows the beauty and glamour of poetry and calls for the interaction between the human subjectivity; the spirit of eras and the poem composition. Based on a study of the origin and history of A Collection, this paper mainly discusses with the structure and style of A Collection through some typical samples and works.
