试探自文化认知在跨文化交际中的重要作用

文化是一种复杂的社会现象,是在某种特定的社会环境下由特殊的生产方式、生活方式、思维方式、言语方式、价值观念、道德规范等特质所构成的复合体。每一种文化都有其独特的风格和内涵。不同文化背景的人际交往不可避免地要涉及到文化及其相关的各种要素。“跨文化交际”(intercultural communication)正是反映了这种不同文化之间的相互作用和关系。本土文化———即“自文化”与不同特质的他文化相遇后引起产生的文化差异和“文化冲突”,直接影响双方交际的顺利进行。如何正确地体会和理解这种差异和冲突,把消极的因素变为积极的因素,顺利地跨过文化差异造成的障碍,成功地进行“跨文化交际”?本文认为对自文化的正确认知在其中起着举足轻重的作用。

Intercultural communication study shows the interactions and relationship between different people with different culture. Native culture will cause “culture shock” with foreign culture, and bring the influence of communication. This paper mainly focuses on discussing the importance of full understanding of native culture.
