摘要
本文分析了扬州市梅岭中学王力耕成为校长的生活历程,认为他求实求精的教育教学观和“尊重人———发展人———完善人”“三人”思想的形成有赖于从教师、班主任、政教主任、副校长最终到校长的教育经历。
This article analyzes Wang Ligeng's procedure of becoming the principal of Meiling Middle School. He develops from an ordinary teacher, a teacher in charge of a class, dean of studies, vice-principal and finally the principal of the school. His experience helps to form his two educational concepts of “to pursue practically and quintessence” and “three steps of educating students”.
