The work of secretaries in departments is an important part of teaching administration which is often neglected. Teaching administrative secretaries are the connections between departments and university, the bridge of communication between teachers and students. Establishing and managing files for educational administration are important duties for the secretaries, and it reflects the performance of them in some extent.
