International Poultry Council Was Set up Formally-- CFNA Represents China＇s Poultry Industry to Work for the Council

中国是世界禽肉生产和出口大国之一，年出口额8亿多美元，排在世界第五位。在中国的畜牧业中，家禽业是最早与国际接轨的行业，禽肉出口在增加农民收入方面起着推动作用。进一步加强与国际同业界问的交流与合作，对促进中国家禽业界产业化水平和食品安全水平的提高，增强产品国际竞争力将发挥重要作用。

China is one of major poultry meat producers and exporters in the world with annual export of 800 more million US dollars, ranking 5th in the world. The poultry industry in China＇s animal husbandry is the earliest one in line with intemational standards, while the export of poultry meat contributes to the increase of income of farmers. The further enhancement of exchange and cooperation between intemational counterparts will play an important role in further raising the industrialized and food safety level of China＇s poultry industry and its intemational competitiveness of products.
