摘要
提出了环境监测学的6个理论命题和4个基本原理,通过界定环境监测对象和环境监测内容,分析了7个领域环境监测技术方法学的发展趋势。
Six theory issues and four basic principles of environmental monitoring were put forward. From the viewpoint of monitoring object and content, the seven development trend was discussed.
