摘要
目的:研究复方公英片含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC测定咖啡酸含量。结果:咖啡酸含量测定范围在0.1122μg^1.122μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均回收率为99.75%,RSD为1.0%.结论:所建立的方法对处方中蒲公英所含咖啡酸可准确、快速地定量,可作为复方公英片的质量控制。
Objective： To study the determination of Caffeic acid in Compound Gongying Tablet. Method： The content of caffeic acid was determined by HPLC. Results： Caffeic acid showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.1122- 1.122μg, r= 0.9995. The average recovery was 99.78% and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion： The established method is accurate, reliable , and can be used for the quality control of compound Gongying Tablet.
