异体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗眼部早期碱性化学伤10例

ALLOGRAFT LIMBAL STEM CELLS TRANSPLANTATION FOR ACUTE ALKALI BURNS

目的:观察异体角膜干细胞移植治疗眼部早期碱性化学伤临床疗效。方法:眼部早期碱性化学伤病人10例(12眼),在手术显微镜下切除缺血、坏死较严重的角膜结膜组织,刮除角膜新生血管后,行异体角膜干细胞移植术,并随访观察术后疗效。结果:术后植片成活,植片无坏死,无溶解,未发生排斥反应,移植后伤眼未见进一步溶解、坏死,12眼中,8眼完全愈合,2眼延迟愈合,2眼反复上皮剥脱、糜烂,新生血管长入。结论:异体角膜干细胞移植治疗早期碱性化学伤疗效较好。

Objective： To investigate the effect of allograft limbal stem cells transplantation for acute alkali bums. Method： 12 eyes of 10 cases of alkali burns received allograft limbal stem cells transplantation. All cases were reviewed. Results： All grafts keep alive postoperatively without melting and graft rejection. All burned eyes hadn＇ t progressly melt and necrotized. 8 of 12 eyes recovered completely, 2 eyes recovered lately, 2 eyes had recurrent epithelial erosion and neovascularization. Conclusion： AUograft limbal stem cells transplantation is a choice for acute alkali burns.
