台湾民进党当局在两岸“三通”问题上的立场及我应采取的对策

Taiwan DPP Position on the "Three-direct Links" and Our Strategy

自从大陆提出“三通”政策以来,两岸交流日益紧密。台湾当局政党轮替后,“三通”一直进展缓慢。分析研究台湾民进党当局在两岸“三通”上的立场,可以看出其关键在于经济问题政治化,政党利益大于人民利益,在“三通”中掺杂“台独”因素。厘清这一问题并寻找我们的对策,对于我们反独促统有着重要的意义。

Ever since the implementation of the ＂three-direct-link＂ policy by Chinese government, communication between two sides of the Taiwan Strait has become much more intimate. After the change of leading party in Taiwan, however, little progress has been made in carrying out the ＂three-direct-link＂ policy. An analysis of Taiwan Democratic Progressive Party＇s Position on the ＂Three-Direct Links＂ will make it clear that the politicization of economy, party interests over individual benefit, and the ＂Taiwan independence＂ are some of the key issues toward further communication between the two sides. A better understanding of and a more workable strategy for the these issues will therefore push forward the efforts in opposing ＂Taiwan independence＂ and in reinforcing the reunification of Taiwan.
