摘要
工作满意度一直是管理心理学研究的热点之一,通过对民办大学员工的工作满意度现状的调查,重点分析工作满意度与人口统计因素的关系,探寻影响民办大学员工工作满意度的因素,探索工作满意度与离职倾向之间的关系,可以对实施有效的激励和提高工作满意度提出建议和对策。
Job satisfaction is one of the major concerns in the field of managing psychology.This study attempts to investigate the present job satisfaction status of employees, analyzes the relationship between job satisfaction and demographic factors. It also attempts to find the factors that affect job satisfaction, explores the relationships between job satisfaction and resignation trend of employees,and suggests ways of implementing the effective work motivation to increase the lob satisfaction among employees.
