蔗糖诱导型枯草杆菌工程菌高效表达条件研究 被引量:4

STUDIES ON THE HIGH EFFICIENT EXPRESSION CONDITION OF B.SUBTILIS ENGINEERED STRAINS INDUCED BY SUCROSE

摘要 为提高枯草杆菌工程菌外源基因的表达水平,探索了蔗糖诱导型枯草杆菌工程菌表达系统DB1342(pSCl8—66)的表达条件,筛选到蔗糖诱导型枯草杆菌工程菌最佳表达条件为:在枯草杆菌对数生长前期加蔗糖进行诱导表达,蔗糖的诱导剂量控制在2%~4%,诱导表达时间为20~24h. To enhance the expression efficiency of heterologous gene in B. subtilis, The conditions of the high efficient expression of B. subtilis engineered strain DB1342(pSC18 -66) induced by sucrose was studied. The results showed that sucrose was added at the front middle stage of growth and induced for 20 - 24 hours with the concentration of 2% - 4% were suitable for B. subtilis to express heterologous gene.
